I understand that, if I am hired, Dynetics may terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Such employment is subject, among other things, to: (1) the policies and regulations of the Company; (2) submitting documentary proof of US Citizenship or Alien Status, as required; and (3) receiving and retaining security clearances as required by US Government regulation. Further, I understand, that except by written agreement signed by the Dynetics President, no manager, supervisor, employee or other Dynetics representative has any authority either before or during my employment with Dynetics to: (1) promise me employment for any particular length of time; or (2) make any other promises or representation about my employment or benefits with the Company.
I understand that Dynetics may collect information about me from third parties in order to: (a) verify information about my credentials, such as education and prior employment, (b) follow-up on references I have provided, and (c) conduct background investigations. It is Dynetics policy to obtain such information only with your knowledge and agreement.
I authorize Dynetics, Inc., to obtain information concerning me from current and previous employers, school officials, credit reporting agencies, and others, and I release all concerned from any liability in connection therewith. I further understand that any false statements, misrepresentations, or willful omissions made by me on this application, or any supplement hereto, will be sufficient grounds for immediate dismissal. I certify that all information given on this Application is correct to my best knowledge.
