Position Description

Dynetics Technical Solutions (DTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynetics, is seeking a talented Quality Data Entry Administrator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics Technical Solutions provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

Successful candidate will be responsible for populating dimensional data on AS9102 Inspection Reports from CMM reports, verifying raw material and hardware has been issued correctly and gathering required certifications for materials and hardware per drawing requirements prior to machining and assembly. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to do manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, and other manual inspection equipment. Other duties may include performing shop floor manual inspections, and visual inspections of finished parts. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of Manufacturing and or Inspection experience.

• A basic knowledge of how to use micrometers, height gages, gage blocks, radius gages, and calipers etc. is a plus.
• Experience in an AS9100 Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environment is a plus
• Candidate must have a basic knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings, a minimal understanding of GD&T is a plus.
• Candidate must have basic Computer Skills and have the ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.

Applicant must be able to work a full-time, 4-days per week 10-hours per shift.

Must be willing to work some overtime.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

Other Qualifications

Preference shown to candidates with.

• Prior experience with AS9100 quality systems.
• Prior experience with AS9102 inspection reports and ballooned drawings.
• Experience with Hexagon w/PC-DMIS inspection reports is a plus

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
