You will join a diverse team of junior to senior software developers, engineers, and scientists to create unique solutions for complex problems. Our team solves important problems that make a difference and support our customers in the current and future defense of our nation; primarily in the areas of sensor integration, testing, characterization, modeling, simulation, data analysis, and algorithm development for EO/IR. Specific applications of this include:
· Aircraft survivability (infrared countermeasure program support and testing)
· Missile Seeker / Sensor Development
· Image processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithm development
· Fire Control Sensor / Imaging Development
· Hardware-in-the-loop
· Target detection, tracking, and discrimination
You’ll work within an established software development team, contributing to SWIL and HWIL M&S development efforts focused on EO/IR imaging systems. You’ll add functionality to existing M&S frameworks, design experiments to test the impact of this functionality, and analyze simulation outputs.
The results of your work will be presented to decision makers and will have a direct impact on design decisions surrounding imaging sensor systems.

Do you have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science, software engineering, other engineering disciplines, mathematics, physics, or equivalent) with relevant C++ software development experience and a minimum GPA of 3.0 overall and a minimum GPA of 3.5 in your area of study? Preference will be shown to qualified candidates who currently hold an active Secret clearance.
