Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Program Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

As Program Manager you will perform Program Management duties for an engineering team involved with design, development, and production of fuzing systems including Electronic Safe & Arm Fuzes (ESAFs) and Proximity Sensors in support of multiple customers.

You will plan, track, and execute complex task within technical, schedule, and budget constraints. Projects will involve diverse technology areas including electronics, payload integration, and system integration. In addition, you will be responsible for generating management reports and briefing senior leaders on project status

Basic Qualifications

Ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline. Have a strong technical background in defense systems (or subsystems) with at least 8 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management.

Must have strong verbal and written skills along with a solid practical knowledge of tactical weapon systems and system integration is preferred.

Have strong leadership and good organizational skills. Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and work well as a key member of a team.

You will be tasked to be highly responsive and agile in order to satisfy critical warfighter needs.

Candidate must be a resident of or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area

Other Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business is a plus.

Experience and demonstrated skill in proposal development is desired

Experience in electronic manufacturing is a plus

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
