Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Senior Logistics Analyst with Program Office experince. to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Candidate will serve as the Logistics SME in support of Army air defense program logistics requirements. Prior Army project office experience is required. The candidate will be required to conduct logistics analysis and must understand logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements as outlined in AR 700-127 and fielding requirements IAW AR 700-2.

Candidate will maintain continual oversight of logistics specific requirements as part of overall program execution. Candidate will development/update critical logistics documentation required to support Product Support Manager Logistics strategies and perform associated logistics analysis to include supportability studies to support system acquisition life cycle.

Candidate should have a knowledge of the new adaptive framework for rapid acquisition programs and an understanding of non-program of record weapon system acquisition. In addition, you should have extensive knowledge of logistics acquisition lifecycle processes and know how to apply regulatory requirements to non-traditional programs.

Candidate will be required to develop strategic approaches to fielding of non-program of record systems in a rapid acquisition environment.

Candidate will develop material fielding plans and execute system fielding requirement for an air defense program. Candidate will provide logistics interface for critical internal and external stakeholders such as CASCOM, ACM, ASAALT, DA, DOD, AMCOM/ALC to ensure all logistics requirements are met and issues resolved in a timely manner to include Warfighter and senior leaders at the O6 level and higher. Applicant will be required to work independently and develop processes that will ensure issues are responded to expeditiously.

Applicant will be required to understand the logistics interdependences with the Test Directorate, System Engineering, Quality Assurance, Army Research Laboratory, G8, and the Warfighter to ensure compliance of systems fielded.

Candidate must have exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

-Minimum Education - High School Graduate (or equivalent)

Minimum Years of Experience - 10 years concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled

-Alternate Education and Experience - BS/BA plus 5 years of experience concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled

-Position requires extensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills supporting an Army project office

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and SharePoint required.

-Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.

Other Qualifications

Experience supporting a government project office a plus.

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
