Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking talented Radar Simulator Engineers to join a highly technical team to create solutions for complex EW problems. With offices across the United States supporting defense, space, and cyber, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Job responsibilities/focus areas include:
All-source intelligence analysis of foreign multi-function phased-array radars and surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems, including system performance assessments and design postulation of major subsystems.
Closed-loop threat radar simulator and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) development, to include RF design, software and firmware development, testing, and integration into test facilities.
Real-time threat system software development to match intelligence assessments, including waveform scheduling, correlation/tracking, Electronic Protection (EP) and signal processing.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, or related technical degree.
Non-degreed candidates with experience in SIGINT analysis or EW testing will be considered based on the relevance of the experience.
Candidate must demonstrate skills in one or more of the focus areas: SIGINT analysis, EW testing, RF, or HWIL.
Other Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of RF or EW experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
