Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented, mid-level, Modeling & Simulation Integrator/Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Dynetics' team in Colorado Springs is currently looking to add a talented engineer interested in supporting ballistic missile defense activities. The Modeling and Simulation Integrator/Analyst role will support test, exercise and training events using deployed simulation software at the customer facility in Colorado Springs and at geographically distributed sites. The candidate will be responsible for integrating the software in the various venues and must be familiar with networking, linux system administration, software and hardware troubleshooting, and have strong customer relation skills. The candidate will work closely with the development team to identify and repair simulation issues as they arise, and must also be able to rapidly solve integration issues in a real-time environment. Candidate will be the go to support during the event execution. Candidate will also support development of analysis programs (including software packages).
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Software) Computer Science, or similar program of study is required.
The candidate must also have development experience in C, C++, Java, or similar language and experience with multi-threaded applications, shell scripting and MATLAB.
Candidate must be a resident of the Colorado Springs, CO area or be willing to relocate to there.
Preference will be given to candidates with Security+ and Linux+ certifications.
Strong preference is for candidate with 5-10 years experience in a modeling and simulation position supporting DOD customers.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
