Dynetics is seeking talented individuals to serve in an Analysis Role in support of a diverse team developing models and simulations as part of the Missile Defense Agency’s Radar Test Contract in Colorado Springs. The engineer/scientist in this role will use radar requirements, software development skills and modeling expertise to analyze both real time and non-real time closed loop radar models.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related STEM Discipline.
Candidate must also have radar experience, with a strong background in Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) radars and at least 5 years of overall DoD experience.
Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have experience with Linux/Unix, C++, MATLAB and MS Office.
Active DoD security clearance OR reinstatable clearance within the past 24 months.
Candidate must be a resident of the Colorado Springs, CO area or willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs - Colorado area.
The following skills are desired:
Missile defense experience and knowledge of MDA elements and fielding configurations
Radar analysis skills and experience, familiarity with the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) and Modeling and Simulation Web Services (MWS)
Experience with ClearQuest, ClearCase and MySQL
Experience in a software development environment
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
