Dynetics is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager, who has in depth understanding and usage with Program Management tools and processes.
The applicant must be able to bridge the gap from proposal development to actual implementation and management of the program upon award. The applicant will support both capture and proposal development throughout the proposal lifecycle to include pre-proposal support during the market research, qualification, and capture phases.
Specific responsibilities will include analyzing customer markets for future procurements, creating capabilities briefings, analyzing RFPs/RFIs, coordinating review teams, documenting processes, providing training/facilitation for proposal managers, and serving as Proposal Manager for smaller responses.
Upon award, this person may step in as Program Manager for corporate programs, particularly those that are key to corporate growth.
Additional duties will include managing a mentor protégé relationship.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with at least 15 years of experience or a masters and 10 years’ experience in proposal development/program management for federal government procurements.
Recent experience (within last 5 years) in a federal procurement environment establishing and managing full lifecycle proposal development processes, procedures and tools is required.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
PMP certification is desired.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
