Position Description

Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Electronic Warfare Threat Engineer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

This Electronic Warfare Threat Engineer will apply expertise in electrical engineering to conduct analysis of system capabilities, limitations, and/or vulnerabilities of conventional weapons, C4ISR systems, and counter-C4ISR systems. This analysis will lead into the development of comprehensive allsource S&TI assessments as well as the development of models and simulations to represent the functionality of these systems.


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering field.

3+ years of experience with engineering, science, and technology is required.

Background in radar, C4ISR, counter-C4ISR, PNT, and/or electronic warfare systems is required.

Candidate must be a resident of the Charlottesville, VA area or willing to relocate to the Charlottesville - VA area.

Other Qualifications

Experience with EW system analysis including expertise in sensor, network, communication system, and battlefield automation analysis using COTS and government simulation tools is highly desirable.

Experience supporting the intelligence community is preferred.

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final Top Secret Clearance.
