Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented RF and Radar Technology Engineer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex sensor and radar orientated problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Dynetics is seeking candidates to support advanced sensor and EW technology development projects for the Department of Defense. Engineers in this role will support advanced radar and EW technology programs in the areas of algorithm implementation on Graphics Processing Units (GPU) using CUDA; development of C/C++ software associated with real-time operation, network communication, command and control of hardware, graphical user interfaces, creation of API's, and direction of various radar/sensor actions.
Engineers will also collaborate with internal technical staff and external customers, create maintainable build systems, create deployable professional software deliveries with supporting documentation, and support test / deployment events to ensure proper system integration in the field.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from an ABET Accredited school in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree with 3+years of experience in the area of high performance computing.
Candidate must demonstrate relevant skills in one or more of the focus areas, technical computing, Linux OS, radar technologies, good interpersonal skills, and have the desire to work in a highly focused technical team.
A strong background in C/C++ software development is required and experience with Matlab and GPU programming is preferred.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
