Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Aerospace Engineer to join a diverse team creating unique solutions for complex flight vehicle engineering challenges.
The position requires a fundamental understanding of vehicle dynamics and controls, flight mechanics, aerodynamics and propulsion, coupled with a solid base of programming experience.
These skills will be used in the creation of detailed models and complete end-to-end simulations, to include: strategic/tactical missile systems (foreign & domestic), glide munitions and manned/unmanned vehicles.
The successful applicant will work closely with a highly technical team of multi-disciplined engineers to provide accurate & timely analysis of flight vehicle systems' performance & capabilities, assist in evaluation of system designs, and use all-source information to verify/validate system models.IND3
Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited school. Entry level candidates with 0-3 year must have a minimum GPA >3.4.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Master's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Special consideration is made for applicable experience in lieu of advanced degrees.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
