The Technical Program Manager role will consist of leading technical programs involving software, electrical, optical, and mechanical subsystems. Systems are designed for the purpose of characterizing, testing, and countering threat missiles and radars. This position encompasses the complete lifecycle of a program from concept development through design and into production. The position requires well-rounded and in-depth technical knowledge. Consistent exercise of discretion and judgment in work performance is required. Candidates should have experience with systems engineering, AS9100 quality system, marketing, and customer interactions. Some travel for meeting and test events will be required.IND2
Possess a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
Candidate must have 3-10 years of work experience managing technical programs that involve development of a product.
Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of program planning and execution, systems engineering, design and manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge with foreign or domestic missile and radar hardware.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.
Possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final Top Secret Clearance.
