Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Weapon Systems Cyber Risk Analyst to join a diverse and highly skilled team. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The analyst in this role will support cyber risk and robustness analysis for U.S. Army systems across a wide variety of advanced technologies including radar systems, weapon systems, and battle management and communications systems. The analyst will participate in identification of critical system flaws in hardware design, software applications, and firmware that cyber attackers could exploit.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Math from an ABET-accredited university with a 3.5 GPA or higher or three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Vulnerability Assessment for Networks, Applications, and Operating Systems;
Information System Security Practices and Standards (STIG, RMF, etc.);
Penetration Testing or other Cyber Security Assessment Activities;
Cyber Risk Mitigation Techniques;
Software Design for Cyber Robustness;
Hardware/Firmware Assessment for Cyber Robustness
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
-Candidates should have practical knowledge and some experience working with radar systems, weapon systems, and battle management and communications systems.
-Software development experience is a plus. Experience in supporting U.S. Army air defense systems is a plus.
-Candidates must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
