Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented UAS Operator-SME to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Dynetics is currently looking for a self-starting Unmanned Aircraft System operator/subject matter expert who can professionally represent the company in a government laboratory at Redstone Arsenal that will be responsible for setting up and operating Shadow tactical equipment. The operator will conduct testing of aircraft simulation software and new Shadow system software updates, provide input to engineers regarding test plans and procedures, and support collecting data to provide to engineers for analysis.
The operator will also be responsible for the general operations of the laboratory and will coordinate with lab personnel and Army Mission Support as needed to resolve problems.IND3
Should be qualified as an Instructor Operator or Standardization Operator on the RQ-7Bv2 Shadow UAS and have 4-8 years recent hands-on RQ-7Bv2 Shadow UAS expertise.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
A Bachelors Degree is not required, but highly recommended.
The ability to install and maintain software on desktop computers running Microsoft Windows is a plus.
Interest in supporting other aircraft platforms such as MQ-1C Gray Eagle and new experimental platforms being developed is also a plus.
Qualification on the MQ-1C is a plus.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
