Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking talented Proposal Coordinator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Dynetics is seeking a full time proposal facilitator/coordinator. The successful offer must be capable of facilitating and coordinating winning responses to primarily federal government professional services and hardware procurements. The position requires that the proposal facilitator work with collaborative, integrated proposal teams to plan, develop, produce, and deliver all proposal deliverables required by the solicitation; provide hands-on support to the entire proposal development process, including but not limited to establishing proposal outlines, configuring proposal support sites, developing the proposal schedule, scheduling and coordinating all major proposal reviews, coordinating proposal production with publications, and monitoring timelines, ensuring compliance, etc. The proposal facilitator will be provide input into repositories of proposal efforts for future use and training documentation.
The proposal facilitator will work with corporate and division level business development staff, as well as technical and support staff, to ensure that proposals reflect the best technical, management, and support offerings that Dynetics can make in response to RFPs.
Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in in applicable field however 5 years of directly relevant experience can be substituted for degree.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Four years’ experience in proposal development, business development, program management support, marketing, or proposal writing / management a plus
May be required to travel
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
