Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking talented Electro/Mechanical Technicians to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The candidate will work closely with internal engineers and customers to design and build hardware to meet unique technical requirements. Candidate will need to bring a diverse set of skills and an aptitude for solving complex problems. Candidate will use appropriate design programs and technical skills to work on all aspects of the solution: from designing the hardware in SolidWorks to assembling the electrical and mechanical components into a finished system.IND3
Candidate must have a HS Diploma or GED with 1+ years of applicable experience.
Candidate must have experience fabricating hardware to meet challenging technical requirements.
Basic experience reading schematic drawings and other manufacturing documentation are required.
Candidate will be required to have the computer skills associated with these design and assembly tasks, including proficiency in using corporate manufacturing data systems, creating documents and spreadsheets for manufacturing information such as work instructions, parts lists, inventory reports, etc.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate with IPC-WHMA-A-620 training, or prove the ability to perform cable fabrication work is desired.
Associates Degree in a technical field is preferred.
Experience designing and building systems of systems for DoD customers is a plus as is experience with electrical systems and Unmanned Flight Hardware.
U.S. Citizenship and a current Final Secret Clearance is required with the ability to meet applicable program security eligibility requirements for the position. Must be able to maintain a Final Secret Clearance along with meeting and maintaining program security eligibility.
