The candidate will join a team of engineers and analysts who support Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Radar and Sensor Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) integration, testing, and analysis for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), located at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Aviation & Missile Center (CCDC AvMC). This position’s primary responsibilities will include developing Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) test cases and scenarios in support of a wide variety of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) projects, participating in integration and execution efforts in an HWIL environment, and troubleshooting HWIL integration and execution issues real-time during test events.IND3
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, with a 3.0+ GPA.
Candidates should have experience working in a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) environment.
Candidates should have experience working in a Linux computing environment.
Candidates should possess the ability to work quickly and efficiently with little supervision.
Applicants with 1-10 years of experience will be considered for this position.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS).
Experience working with the Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) software is a plus.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
