Dynetics, Inc. is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager to help lead Army Air and Missile Defense programs. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The Deputy Program Manager will facilitate capture activities, define program direction, and manage programs which perform design, development, manufacturing, and sustainment of air and missile defense launchers. This person will perform a key role in understanding long-term AMD Strategy and executing programs in Lawton, OK and Huntsville, AL. Launcher activities implement Program of Record requirements and include many sub-projects; Command-Control (C2) link interface, Electrical and Mechanical Design Emplacement and Turret Motion, Shoot On The Move, Sustainment and Reliability, Interceptor interfaces, Safety Chain, and Magazine Reload/Refill.
Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience with US Army Air & Missile Defense.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively leading complex programs.
Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with the Program Executing Office Missiles & Space (PEO MS) and its Project Offices, and the Air and Missile Defense Cross Functional Team (AMD CFT).
Position is expected to have ~20% travel and candidates must be willing to travel.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
Candidates must be a resident of the Lawton, OK area or willing to relocate to the Lawton - Ft. Sill, OK area.
Preference will be shown to candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
