Position Description

Dynetics is seeking a talented Customer Support Technician to join a diverse, highly-skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving foreign weapons systems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective intelligence, engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

Front line customer support technicial that will interact with customers in person and over the phone to debug a wide range of radar system installation issues to include network infrastructure, integration and operability of other sensors (e.g. cameras), wiring/power concerns, and mechanical installation issues.

Basic Qualifications

-Logic and reasoning skills necessary to debug a combination of IT and power/wiring systems

-Interpersonal skills necessary to build a rapport with the internal and customer technical teams

-Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.

  • Customer Support Experience
  • Linux Experience
  • Basic IT Experience
  • Wiring/Electronics Experience
  • Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Technical writing skills
