Dynetics is seeking a talented Human Resource Recruiter to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Individual will be expected to Partner with hiring managers to address hiring needs, both immediate fill requests and candidate pool needs for all functional area Develop and execute robust recruiting plans in a dynamic work environment Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Conduct prescreening interviews.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, and source new candidate leads. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Perform other special projects as assignedIND3
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; with a minimum of four 4+ years’ progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing of qualified candidates.
Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
