The Dynetics Fort Walton Beach team focuses on developing state of the art Hardware in the Loop (HITL) simulation systems used to test cutting edge guided munitions for the Air Force’s premier munitions acquisitions organization. With expertise in in the areas of radar, electronic warfare, target generation, and digital signal processing, the Fort Walton Beach team has been a recognized authority on RF HITL solutions for the last 25 years.
The Electronics Design Engineer will be joining a team of talented engineers and scientists to develop advanced system concepts from inception to prototype and production. The right candidate will be comfortable operating as a member of a small inter-disciplinary engineering team and eager to attack any technical challenge. Candidates should have experience and interest in electronic circuit designs and printed circuit board (PCB) design. PCB designs will require experience and layout skills with high-speed multi-layer printed circuit boards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
Candidate must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience in analog and digital circuit design.
Candidate must demonstrated experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, PADS, etc.
Candidate must be a resident of the Shalimar/Fort Walton Beach area or be willing to relocate to the Shalimar/Fort Walton Beach area.
Preference shown to candidates who possess a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
