Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Working Group Functional Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific, and IT solutions.
Candidate will support a variety of collaborative engineering and system architecture technical collaboration forums in support of U.S. Army Program Executive Office Aviation projects. Responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, hosting, moderating, monitoring, and reporting large- and small-scale customer managed meetings and events, establishing repeatable process through development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, and providing assistance to document project related materials and managing the dissemination of those materials in accordance with applicable statutes. The candidate will work closely with internal and external teams, and regularly communicate with both engineering and project management personnel. This individual should be efficient, organized, and patient; must have excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate others.
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, operational management, project management, business management, or related fields.
Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools and SharePoint collaboration environments.
U.S. Military experience or experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs desired
Candidate should have a basic understanding of DoD information handling and control marking regulatory doctrine and federal export control compliance laws.
Candidate should have a basic understanding of U.S. Army acquisition policy and requirements standardization management practices.
Operational or acquisition experience within the DoD is a plus.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
