In anticipation of NASA awarding the Human Landing System (HLS) contract in the near future, Dynetics Space Systems Division is seeking qualified engineers and analysts to support NASA programs including HLS that will put the first woman and next man on the Moon. We are seeking project engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, electrical/mechanical engineers, stress/structural engineers, and analysts to join a diverse team in support of the development of a Human Lander System that will take us back to the surface of the Moon by 2024.

With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective intelligence, engineering, and scientific solutions.
The NASA Collaboration Manager will support the Dynetics HLS team with primary responsibility to promote effective and timely collaboration with NASA. The selected individual will serve as the focal point for coordinating with the NASA Collaboration Lead and the team of NASA subject matter expert collaborators to ensure that NASA’s Collaboration Team is engaged and productive. The Collaboration Manager will report directly to the HLS Program while serving as the liaison/coordinator between the Dynetics HLS team, NASA collaborators, and NASA Government Task Agreement (GTA) performers. The Collaboration Manager will promote team integration, including support functions, between NASA subject matter experts and Dynetics HLS team members. The individual will interface with department leadership and project managers; mechanical designers; and component, test, safety, and quality engineers across the HLS team.IND2
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of experience with managing and executing technical programs or leading matrixed organizations within an IPT construct.
Candidate must have in-depth familiarity or direct management experience with detailed understanding of NASA organization, personnel, and processes.
Candidate must be able to write clear, concise and comprehensive technical reports and to present results to a multi-disciplinary team and customer stakeholders.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment both verbally and in writing.
Candidate must have demonstrated ability to deliver results in a team environment and independently.
Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Preference shown to candidates who possess a Master’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
