Dynetics has been selected by NASA to participate in the development and demonstration of a Human Landing System (HLS). Dynetics is seeking project engineers, systems engineers, mechanical design engineers, electrical engineers, structural and thermal analysts, manufacturing engineers, test engineers, technicians, and operators to join a diverse team in support of the development of the HLS that will carry the first woman and next man to the Moon by 2024.
Dynetics is seeking a talented Payload and Commercialization Analyst to join a diverse, highly skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving space systems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber, and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective intelligence, engineering, and scientific solutions.
The Payload and Commercialization Analyst will support the Dynetics HLS team with primary responsibility to advance the ability of the Dynetics lander system to fly payloads and support other lunar exploration sustainability scenarios. The selected individual will understand the target payload community and serve as the focal point for coordinating with the Dynetics lander design team to develop requirements, assess design solutions and work trade studies and options. The overall goal is to develop a human lander system which is capable of delivering payloads to the lunar surface for NASA and other customers. The Payload and Commercialization Analyst will support human lander marketing and sales activities through understanding lander capabilities and how they may be used or adapted to support customer needs. The Payload and Commercialization Analyst will also support the Payload and Commercialization IPT lead with strategies and plans for maximizing the contribution of the Dynetics lander to NASA’s overall space exploration goals and objectives. This role involves working with NASA and other stakeholders to develop products and messages to advance Dynetics and NASA sustainability goals.
The Payload and Commercialization Analyst will report to the Payload and Commercialization IPT lead. The Payload and Commercialization Analyst will promote team integration, including support functions, between NASA subject matter experts and Dynetics HLS team members. The individual will interface with subsystem project engineers and designers; and assembly, integration and test engineers across the HLS team.IND3
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
