Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Senior Cyber Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. This Senior Cyber Lead position will support and manage a variety of cyber projects including security assessments, SOC services, and compliance management. This position will be responsible for developing SOWs and technical estimates, supporting proposal development, and managing customer and reseller relationships. This position is responsible for providing project planning, budgeting, tracking, and execution of various projects. This position will also participate in technical assessments that are both offensive and defensive in nature including red team assessments, vulnerability analysis, web application testing, network architecture reviews, and incident response related tasks. Furthermore, this position is responsible for identifying, tracking, escalating and facilitating resolution of issues and risks, status reporting, and ensuring on time and on budget completion of projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors and 10+ years applicable experience or Masters degree with a minimum of 5+ years applicable experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with enterprise cybersecurity assessments
  • Experience performing Risk, Business Impact, and Controls Assessments
  • Proficient in customer relationship management including business and opportunity development
  • Proficient in program and task management
  • Experience with enterprise IT and cybersecurity compliance requirements (HIPAA, IRS1075, NIST)
  • Ability to work with a highly technical team

Other Qualifications

  • Additional knowledge of software development, devops, malware analysis, software reverse engineering, embedded systems, exploit development, ethical hacking, forensics, incident handling and database systems
  • Experience in commercial and SLED markets
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • CISSP

Security Requirements

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
