The Strategic Programs office of Dynetics Technical Solutions (DTS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynetics, is seeking a qualified Test Project Engineer for its hypersonics line of business. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics Technical Solutions provides responsive, cost- effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as a Test Project Engineer that will handle all project related aspects for testing for Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organizing, coordinating and leading a small team of test technicians in a production environment. Candidate will support tasks such as review and approval of test procedures, staffing plans and schedule support. Candidate will be required to work closely with the design, production and scheduling teams to assign tasks to test technicians and ensure all needed prerequisites are in place to support the execution of the test schedule.
Candidate must be capable of reading and interpreting mechanical/integration drawings and understand the working nature of MRP/MES systems. This position will be required to provide floor support for integration, test, and assembly efforts and will be required to work closely with the design team, quality control, and manufacturing personnel.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field from an ABET accredited school is required with at least five (5) years of Test Project Engineering experience on programs designing and building assemblies and systems to government specifications or similar.
OR Associates degree or High School Diploma with Ten (10) years or more of applicable experience will also satisfy the BS degree requirement.

Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
