Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Integration and Test Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The Test Lead will join a team that is designing, testing, and integrating for an Army Air & Missile Defense system. The candidate will lead the testing and execution for a wide variety of applications and systems including, tactical and commercial integrated systems incorporating hardware, firmware and software. The candidate will direct test planning for developmental, qualification and system level testing. The candidate will direct the scheduling, logistics and execution and will be required to support test activities according to customer driven requirements and schedules. The candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver products that will make a difference in the world today. The candidate will work in an integration/production facility, a Dynetics laboratory environment, an USG laboratory environment and in USG non-laboratory environments such as White Sands Missile Range, NM, Redstone Test Center, AL and Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced working environment and be a motivated independent learner.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an ABET accredited school is required.
Candidate must have 5+ years working in a weapon system and missile system development, test, integration, or design maturation environment.
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders.
Candidate must be able to convey technical details to a wide audience through reports and briefings.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be able to lead and guide teammates in test activities.
Candidate must have experience planning and executing test events at an external test range/facility.
Candidate must be willing to travel to test sites, labs, and ranges.
Candidate must have MIL-STD-810 planning and conduct experience.
Candidate must have test experience for Urgent Materiel Release and limited qualification test environments.
