Position Description

Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Personal Computer Support Technician to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

The Personal Computer Support Technician will provide support to distributed PC/networking environment including installation, testing, repair, and troubleshooting for stand-alone PCs and Macs, PCs & Macs linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals.

Activities include:

  • Hardware & software configuration, installation, testing, and setup at user location

  • Providing technical, operational, and training support to users

  • Troubleshoots computer problems and application problems

  • Performs hardware and software diagnostics, coordinates needed repairs, resolves computer system problems, including coordination between users and components of a local area network, and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software

  • Supports peripheral equipment operators in mobile & peripheral device configurations and troubleshooting

Basic Qualifications

High school Diploma with 2+ years experience with Windows 7 and windows 10.

Experience working with PC &/or Mac systems


Other Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience are preferred.

  • Experience with both PCs & Macs

  • Experience 2+ years experience

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
