Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented EVM Project Control Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The candidate should be proficient at setting up, monitoring, and controlling programs using Earned Value Management (EVM), and should have a strong working knowledge of Deltek Cobra.
The candidate should have experience developing an initial Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) integrating scope, schedule and budget. The candidate should have demonstrated experience utilizing Deltek Cobra to execute to a monthly business rhythm: updating project status, monitoring and analyzing actuals costs, assessing variances, and developing standard EVM reporting formats. The candidate will be expected to maintain, review, and revise the PMB consistent with established change control.
-A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a financial field is required with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
-Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant, hands-on EVM experience.
-Candidate must be experienced at monitoring and controlling projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) utilizing Deltek Cobra. Candidate will be expected to learn how to maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
-Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Independent thinker and self-starter is important, with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and support varied assignments.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
