Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a qualified Project Integrator for its DOD line of business. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project management efforts to include tracking workflow, scheduling meetings, arranging travel to sites, cost account management on projects, defining and communicating feedback, and working with engineers and operations personnel to resolve issues. As an integral member of the team, the selected candidate will work closely with all levels and types of staff found in a corporate environment. This person will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, creatively diverse group. The Project Integrator will help ensure our Operations and Engineering requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met. Therefore, a professional demeanor and good communications skills are required. Ethical behavior and the ability to be trusted with confidential data and other corporate matters is critical.
Key duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or related) field is required. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
Strong time management, organizational, and oral/written communications
Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw material, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify and strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Able to compile data from various sources and tell a story (excel spreadsheets) show gaps, projections, trends, etc.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
The ideal candidate would have working knowledge of business applications including Solumina MES, CAD systems (CREO or Solid Works), Deltek Time and Expense, Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos is a plus and have a current DoD Secret clearance.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
