Dynetics’ Charlottesville, VA, Office is seeking an Aerospace Engineer with experience in the modeling & simulation of aerospace systems, to include air/ground/sea-launched weapons, space and counterspace systems, hypersonic weapon systems, and ballistic missile systems. Familiarity with the related support systems and sensors is a plus. Specific capabilities sought include aerodynamics, flight-dynamics, orbital mechanics, state-estimation, and command-and-control modeling.
Position will require a Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Applicant must demonstrate good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.
- Experience in supporting the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community (NASIC, MSIC, ONI, NGIC) is a plus. Experience with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and programming languages including C/C++, Fortran, and/or Python are also desirable.

- Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Charlottesville, VA, area or be willing to relocate to the Charlottesville area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Final Top Secret Clearance.
