Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Senior Program Support Specialist to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The Senior Program Support Specialist will be responsible for providing contract and financial analysis support to program and project managers by monitoring and analyzing actual costs (both labor and non-labor) using Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos, and internal tools and comparing to the program budget; developing and reporting financial metrics, and investigating and analyzing cost and schedule variances. More specifically this position will include developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) and Budgets that lead to the establishment of project Cost/Schedule baseline. Duties will also include coordinating work with Corporate Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Accounting to ensure projects are setup and managed according to Dynetics’ processes. The candidate will support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.
The candidate will be expected to resolve issues related to labor reporting, direct and indirect cost accumulation, revenue recognition, invoicing, etc; support project managers in the use of corporate business systems; and perform resource allocation and project closeout analyses. In addition to programmatic tasks, the candidate will perform administrative duties and coordinate with internal and external organizations on various topics. Assisting team members with technical documentation could require candidate to edit documents and photograph hardware.

Bachelor’s Degree in a business administration or a financial field is preferred.
Candidate will have 15+ years of experience.
Candidate will have demonstrated experience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) and Budgets
Candidate will assist with Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment
Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Microsoft Project Courses and demonstrated complex scheduling abilities
Outstanding organizational skills
Experience working with Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, CPFF, T&M
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
