Dynetics, a Leidos company, is seeking a talented Test Tool Development Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The Test Tool Development Lead will join a team that is designing, testing, and integrating hardware and software tools for Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Data Link integration and test. The candidate will lead development teams to design, deliver, and update test tool products.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university.
Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of experience working within a highly technical development project-oriented environment.
Candidate must have a working familiarity of system design and development aspects, to include mechanical design, circuit board design, RF circuit design, firmware development, software (front end and back end) development.
Candidate must have an understanding of test methodology and requirement traceability and management.
Candidate must have experience providing technical guidance to development and inspire team members.
Candidate must have experience communicating with customers and management.
Candidate must possess ability to determine technical direction and strategy for solving complex, significant or major issues.
Candidate must have experience conducting design and peer reviews and technical meetings.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively collaborating within a team environment.
Candidate must possess an attention to detail and quality and strong ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks under deadline and budget guidelines.
Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced working environment and be a motivated independent learner.
Candidate must be highly organized with a strong technical background.
Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
