Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Systems Integration Engineer to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The candidate fulfilling this position will engage in system and software integration involving command and control infrastructure for Unmanned Aircraft Systems in Department of Defense applications.
They will further be responsible for requirements decomposition, test methodology determination, and test execution using an Agile software development and integration environment.
Candidate must be motivated and capable of independent work, with a strong emphasis on problem solving.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Candidate must have 2 - 7 years of experience working with software and systems integration.
Candidate must demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux Operating Systems and their deployment in DoD applications.
Candidate must possess experience with virtual environment administration.
Familiarity with US Army cyber-security procedures, network routing processes and protocols, Operating System virtualization and hosting techniques. Knowledge of airworthiness certification process for DoD flight applications.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
