Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Program Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
This position provides space training, evaluation and standardization support for cyberspace and space systems for US Army missions. The successful candidate works with a multi-disciplined team applying project management and instructional system design (ISD) practices to develop comprehensive training and evaluation products and programs. Successful candidates will have relevant experience with military training, evaluation and standardization as well as a familiarization with ISD training development.
Candidate selected for this position will be responsible for:
Contribute to all phases of training, evaluation and standardization including develop, implement, validate, and maintain course material for assigned courses consistent with ISD practices.
Conduct training, evaluation and standardization and manage courses in accordance with customer regulations and guidance.
Coordinate instructional activities with training managers and government personnel and interface with internal and external agencies as required to maintain up-to-date training programs.
Provide on-site support and assistance to plan, develop, execute, and analyze joint exercises and incorporate lessons learned into training programs as required.
Complete assignments on time and on budget, and clearly communicate interim status and any changes or concerns.
Basic qualifications for this position are:
5 years’ experience in military training, evaluation and standardization programs.
Possess working knowledge and experience with training systems and training programs.
Possess expert knowledge with missile warning systems, missile defense systems, satellite communications systems and/or Army Space Support Teams (ARSST).
Possess a working knowledge of the US Army MDMP process, space tasking order process and operational level command and control processes.
Knowledge and understanding of the ISD ADDIE model.
Candidate must have computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
May be required to travel.
Candidate must be a US Citizen, and must be a resident of the Colorado Springs, CO area or be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs, CO area.
Additional qualifications that will be considered are:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
Graduate of a military instructor-training course.
Experience with DoD customers and their requirements, primarily the US Army.
Experience with operational roles such as project, program, or technical program management.
Experience working in a DoD Classified environment.
U.S. Citizenship and a current Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Must possess active SCI clearance with current investigation (within last 4.5 years) and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
