This job post is for a test planning and execution position supporting a government office assessment of US Army Air and Missile Defense Systems in contested environments. The candidate in this role will work with government civilians, system operators, and other contractors in developing test requirements and plans, as well as participating in field tests, to demonstrate air and missile defense systems’ capabilities in EW contested environments. The position involves coordinating with system representatives, EW threat providers, spectrum controllers, and range personnel to design and execute tests that capture system capabilities.
A bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited university in electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics is required. At least one year of experience is required, along with a basic understanding of radar system concepts.
The candidate must be a US Citizen and must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
The candidate must be self-motivated, able to work in a group setting, and have solid interpersonal skills to communicate with multiple groups outside of Dynetics.
Occasional travel will be required in support of this positon.
Test experience in support of DoD programs is considered a plus. Knowledge of US Army radar systems, weapon systems, and command and control systems is considered a plus. Candidate should have good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
