Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Analyst / Engineer to join a diverse product engineering team to create unique solutions for complex problems. This position will provide quick-reaction analysis, debugging, and solution support for large-scale, complex modeling and simulation (M&S) software that enables hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) and digital testing of the Missile Defense System (MDS). The individual selected for this position will be an Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) Rapid Response Event Support engineer with applicable technical interests, skills, and experience in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Models and Simulations Contract and Framework (MASC-F). The individual must be a self-starter with interest in problem solving. An engineer in this role responds to issues that arise in missile defense testing and performance assessment. They research and identify the root cause and provide paths forward. Since the root cause can be software, hardware, or data driven, this engineer must be capable of looking at various potential causes to drive out the solution. This engineer will also be required to understand products under development and provide provide end user support and user support documentation.
