Dynetics is seeking a talented Radar Analyst to join a multi-contractor team in analyzing radar model and simulation data in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville Alabama. This role requires skilled engineers/scientists that understand radars and at least one of the following: real time radar HWIL simulations, signal injection/processing, radar algorithms, and radar performance analysis.
The individual will integrate, execute, and analyze radar HWIL simulation test cases with a high fidelity signal injection system. The individual should also have a good understanding of real time signal and data processing equipment and radar performance characteristics in the context of MDA missions.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related STEM Discipline.
Must have 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas:
· Real-time radar modeling and simulation, including radar HWIL simulations
· Radar signal injection/processing
· Radar algorithms and performance analysis
· BMDS radar systems such as AN/TPY-2, SBX, and UEWR
· Electronic attack and complex radar environments
· Analysis of radar data with Matlab/Python scripts
Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Radar and signal injection experience, scrum-agile experience, and C/C++ programming experience are a plus.
Working on-site at customer facilities on a multi-contractor team and interacting regularly with industry partners and the government customer, the candidates will be expected to represent Dynetics technically, professionally and ethically.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance. An interim Secret clearance is required to start.
