Dynetics is seeking talented Engineers and Analysts to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The Engineer or Analyst in this role will support Radar Technology programs including modeling, simulation, and analysis; hardware and software prototyping; and development, integration and testing of surveillance and fire control radars, RF seekers, and RF datalinks.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited university with a minimum of three (3) years of Radar Technology experience. Radar Technology experience must include one or more of the following areas: modeling, radar/weapons systems analysis, algorithm development, RF hardware, HWIL support, and/or field testing support.
Modeling experience includes modeling of radar functions, threats, timeline, weapon system, clutter, EA/EP, etc. Radar/weapons systems analysis experience includes probability of detection, waveform analysis, probability of intercept, defended area, etc. Algorithm development experience includes detection processes, waveform selection, signal processing, clutter and EA mitigation, adaptive beamforming, target identification, etc. RF hardware experience includes transmitters, exciters, antennas, multi-channel receivers, high-bandwidth receivers, SOTA processors, and RF lab equipment development and integration, and software development and test. Field test support includes travel, radar equipment setup and teardown, and light lifting (up to 30 or 40 lbs.).
Experience in multiple areas is preferred. Experience in supporting the US Army AvMC is a plus. Experience with MATLAB is also a plus. Candidate must have good people skills and the desire to work with a highly technical team of engineers and scientists.
Candidate must be a US-only Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
