Dynetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a talented Contracts Representative to join a diverse team to create solutions for complex problems while being an integral participant in our innovative programs. Dynetics’ Contracts Department works closely with leadership, engineering staff, and other support organizations to successfully navigate the firm through all stages of the acquisition process. The ideal candidate in this role will be responsible for administering various types of Government and Commercial contracts & subcontracts, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, and IDIQ task ordering efforts. The candidate will be involved in proposal preparation, reviewing and negotiating RFP terms & conditions, pricing documentation, and preparing documents for transmission to the customer.
The Contracts Representative will also be responsible for analyzing significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions and terms & conditions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. The candidate will monitor the company’s performance on those contracts assigned to them on a continual basis, and ensure conformance to the original proposal and contract terms. In addition to contract administration, the candidate will participate in contract kick-off meetings, and will advise all stakeholders of contractual requirements.
The candidate is also responsible for the data entry of each assigned contract into the company’s contract management system to ensure consistent information is provided to all team members.
Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
Current SECRET or Top Secret clearance is preferred.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
