With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, intelligence, scientific and IT solutions.
You will join a multi-contractor team in the sustainment and development of state-of-the-art hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) signature injection capabilities for Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) radar systems in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
You will support software development efforts to:
•Design, develop, document, test, and debug signal injection software used in real-time HWIL simulations.
•Apply appropriate coding standards, processes, procedures, tools, and documentation throughout the development life cycle.
•Apply knowledge of signal injection algorithms, software features and capabilities to design, develop, and architect the software for optimal efficiency, physical accuracy, and data throughput capability.
•Identify and correct software errors, compile documentation of software development, and analyze signal injection software capabilities.
The candidate should be a self-starter that is attentive to details and works well in a multi-disciplined team environment.
If you have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM Discipline. APPLY!
Do you have experience with?
•Applying Object Oriented (OO) Design & Development using C++, Java or similar languages.
•Working in an IDE.
•Operating efficiently within a Linux/Unix environment.
•Communicating and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Desired experience with the following systems and/or technologies:
•Radar signal injection systems.
•Radar modeling and simulation.
•CPU core utilization/optimization.
•Real-time software development and multi-threaded processing.
•Software development in a scrum/agile environment.
•BMDS radar systems such as AN/TPY-2, SBX, and UEWR.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
